When? (Timing, Schedule)

You should experience a small effect the first day. But don't give up after the first day if you don't notice anything. Maybe the effect is just slow for you, or maybe you aren't noticing the small change.

The changes accumulate over time and training. Also, you can get larger effects with the advanced training. But even those effects accumulate over time.

So let's say one week to get a very noticeable effect, two weeks for a strong effect, and a month for a strong solid effect. You spent years developing your current attractions, you can easily spend a month changing them.
