This website pretty much assumes that you are a male.
To do this training, you need pictures of whatever you are attracted to, and you need pictures of what you want to be attracted to.
We have some pictures here. Some. If that's all you need, training is easy.
If you need pictures that we don't have, it gets harder. You have to put those pictures in a folder in your computer. You have to download the training program to your computer and run it from your computer.
No one is saying that won't ever be frustrating. But you can do it. Nothing is impossibly difficult, and you get lots of explanation.
